Rich is just jealous the Brady Quinn is still riding the pine and Flacco
is a starter. Chump looked good in the Under Armour ads last year
though, and I think his sister might be married to AJ Hawk? Who's up
for catching Rich early (when he still has a chance of qualifying) over
at U of P and then finding somewhere to watch the Skins and Birds play
to a tie? Yes, I hate both teams that much.

Clearly you're confusing my futsal skills with Tischler's; I'd knock
it in the back of the ole onion sack. And if Spano's completion
percentage is anything like Joe Flacco's, I've got nothing to worry
about.

  Thanks for the support, buds!

Solid. Or you could just roll a soccer ball out on the path; he will
most likely trip & fall while whiffing at it.

Don't you just love the support provided by the Dudes.

Ok, I wasn't going to send this but since Rich chose to drop the
gauntlet. I have a dozen cage free eggs AND the apparent times that our
target will be in range throughout the morning. Who's with me?

You're talking about a pre-blown-out knee Charlie right? He couldn't
even catch Spano with that knee brace.

Just pretend that a hungry Charlie Weis is chasing you down and you are
covered with mustard and sauerkraut and wrapped in a hot dog bun.....

If we make it back from Hood River before 10 I will hustle down to the
Steel Bridge and chase you for a mile. Good luck bro!

Hey Friends - I'm running the Portland Marathon this Sunday with the
goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. That means I need to crank
out a 3:15 marathon, and I'll need all the help I can to make my goal.

So if you find yourself around downtown, or close to Willamette
Boulevard Sunday morning (some of you - and you know who you are - may
just be heading home from Saturday night at that point).

If all goes according to plan, here's where I should be & when:

9:20-9:30: Univ of Portland (mi 20)

9:38-9:45: Willamette and Emerson (mi 22)

9:50-10:05: Interstate and Tillamook (mi 24 - this would be an
appropriate moment for one Bob's famous half-time speeches)

10:05-10:13: West side of Steel Bridge (mi 25)

My bib number is 4938 and I'll be wearing the shirt below (yes, Schinny,
it's Nike).

Shirt:

Thanks and hope you can make it out!!!!!!
