I recently discovered that if you schedule rescans in LMS then you have to "clear cache" in Squeeze Commander's settings after every rescan (presumably just those that update something). Without the "Clear Cache", you can navigate through to albums in Squeeze Commander but when you display the album, it shows no tracks.
