Hey guys! The cells are 4/5's "A" cells (bit fatter & shorter than a std.
"AA" cell), and there are 10 of them (thus giving 12VDC output). I've done a
few using tabbed cells available from www.batteriesamerica.com (believe this
is right...running from memory....dangerous!!). Make sure the donor battery
does not have a bad chip in the unit (that's why they call them "intelligent"
batteries). Don't know exactly how to accomplish that but if it is
recognised by Battery Utilities, it should be ok. I've only done the Type
III cells, never tried the others.
