I am sure it would be the same in most cities...check Batteries in your
Yellow Pages and you will surely find a Battery shop that will crack the
case and replace the batteries with a higher grade (more amps, longer life)
of batteries for less than the replacement cost of your PB Battery.

Alan, was there any circuitry in the battery that would prevent someone
(teetering on the edge of sanity) from trying to swap out old batteries ?
