They're both SCSI drives, so they'll both work if you can plug them 
into a SCSI interface on your computer (for the Duo this means some 
kind of dock), and use any SCSI-2 CD driver (CD Sunrise will support 
HFS volumes - if you want a commercial recommendation, CD/DVD 
Speedtools is a good choice for portable drives with no power eject).

The KXL-783A is bundled with a low-end PCMCIA SCSI adaptor for PCs 
which won't work (and isn't required) on a Mac Powerbook. You will 
require a SCSI cable with an HD-50 connector on one end, and 
something that can connect to a Duo dock on the other (probably a 
DB-25).
