ftp.globalvillage.com in the /pub/software/mac/previous directory has a file
called GV_Network_Modem.bin and the /pub/software/mac directory has a file
called OW_Manager_Update_1.51_.sea.bin and probably one of those will be
what you need...

Since you knew it was a Global Village product, it was easy to punch
ftp.globalvillage.com into my FTP client and see what was on their server...
