Believe me, you DON'T want to be messing with H2O2 in high concentrations.
Think about why low concentration H2O2 makes a good disinfectant -- it
reacts violently when in contact with organic matter and other impurities
(bacteria, dead skin, live skin, etc.). In higher concentrations, well,
just say that there were a number of Germans that died nasty deaths in WWII
trying to use (I believe) 70% H2O2 to fuel rocketplanes and some miniscule
fleck of dust got in the process. (It's possible that these tales are
apocryphal, though, but they bring out the point nicely.) I don't know what
concentration this helo used, but you basically need to think of it as
hypergolic (self-igniting) rocket fuel. The silver mesh is just that...
silver or platinum, which acts as a catalyst to speed the breakdown of the
H2O2.

I wonder if you could rig a Duo to act as a controller on such an
aircraft??? (OK, so it was a feeble attempt to swing back on-topic. :-) )
