Apple CD-ROM 5.3.1 extension is, IIRC, the "universal" one that is supposed to work with third party drives. I think it came OS7.6, perhaps someone else can verify that. I have it, and the Lacie CD D2 software somewhere on a b/u CD, so you can email me offlist if you can't find anything on the net.
