Hmmm.....guess I'll get in trouble with BritTelCom....but I used my 2300 (GV19.2K internal) with a patch cable straight into the phone line....no problems at all. US/Can modem, the cable is a standard RJ11 cable w/two alligator clips on the end. Call it a "Universal" connector, eh? BritTelCom didn't seem to notice....would this be a solution? Cheers!
