For my DuoDock, I seem to remember that the power cable for the drive 
was either already there, or I used a standard one. I do remember that 
I went to an electronics surplus store and got a ribbon cable for some 
absurdly low price, which worked great!

I used a sled to keep the drive in place. It was the same as for a IIsi.
