I got mine at a big name electronics store. I've since seen them in, believe it or not, True Value Hardware and Fred Meyer's.

I'm looking for some of those velcro cable wraps that wrap around the cable at one end so they stay put then wrap around the folded up cable. My laptop bag is a total snarl of cables.
