Are you using Mac OS 8.6? If not, you should try it. Not only is it very
cool compared to even 8.0 and 8.1, but older versions of the system software
can be problematic for a PB 2400 with PC cards always installed. For
example, my PB 2400 will not boot under Mac OS 8.0 if my Apple Serial Modem
and Dayna CommuniCard PC cards installed.
