Perhaps you'd be willing to get in touch with MCE on this. I saw an
email from Arnie (their pres) saying in reference to their CardBus
testing:

If you would be willing to loan them your RoadRocket, maybe they'd
cut you a deal on the CardBus modification they're working on
(assuming they make it work!).
My experience with MCE has been very positive, and I'm sure they are
trustworthy, as many members of this list have verified.
