This may be the case for now, but I would seriously worry about the 
future of PowerPC upgrade companies, as Apple has been extremely 
uncooperative to the point of thwarting them. The newest firmware update 
to the B & W G3's sense if a G4 chip is present (via a ZIF upgrade or 
whatever), and shuts down the system until a G3 processor is returned. 
Apple is intent on being the first to market with G4 chips, but even 
after that happens, I doubt they'll lift the restriction.
