Well, it would be illegal to reproduce copyrighted material for resale 
without being authorized-- that is what makes the original of greater 
value. The quantity of illegal software (whether it be copies, education 
versions sold to ineligible buyers, etc.) being sold on auction sites is 
beginning to attract unwelcome attention, although there doesn't seem to 
be an easy solution.
