Sorry, I should have mentioned: Hotline is a class of servers  that have 
their own protocol (like ftp servers); consequently you need a special 
browser for access. "Hotline Client 1.7" is available for download at  
www.hotlinesw.com - it's free, a small aplication and not RAM-greedy. 
Launch it  (it is rather self-explanatory), click on the "connect to 
server" button and enter the IP in question. You may not get connected at 
first try, as some of these servers are not up all the time, just try 
again later...
