I don't know about the DuoDock, but for the Duo 230 here's how you reset
the power manager:

1. Unplug the Duo, and take out the battery (obviously you want to shut it
down first!).

2. There's a power button on the back of the duo (not the power key above
the keyboard). Press and hold this in for 20-30 seconds. You can also try
pressing and holding this power button _and_ the power key above the
keyboard together for 20-30 seconds. Some people have told me one works,
some the other. Do one after the other if you want! This should reset the
power manager.

Sometimes the power manager gets confused it seems. For instance, I tried
to put a battery in my 2300c that wasn't compatible with it. When I
switched back to the normal battery, it still wouldn't work. A power
manager reset worked. Basically if you're having problems with batteries,
and power in general, this is a good & easy first step.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Jolin
