I disagree - I think the post was perfectly acceptable.  I don't frequent
ebay all that often, so when sellers mention some items they're selling
elsewhere, it can be of great benefit to those who are interested.  It's
not like he's trying to cheat anyone - it's a legitimate sale!

If you don't care for the item, just disregard it...  ;)

In fact, I've seen many sellers that do something like: "...I have xxx for
sale at ebay.  The URL is http://www....  If you're the winning bid, and
you mention that you saw this on the DuoList, and I'll give you 10% (or
$10, or whatever) off the final price..." - I think that's GREAT; not only
do you help out fellow Mac users by informing them, but you treat them a
little better than the general populace...  ;)
