I just called Globalvillage, was for 40 minutes on the phone, and
then got a "tech support" guy who said that he knew the problem, and
that they are working on a fix, but couldn't say when it comes out...
I can't stand that company, I've had soo many trooubles with this
modem and they're so unhelpful with everything.
