If all you did was wipe and dust, there could still be crud keeping the membranes from conducting at whatever location your keys don't work. Try dunking the mylar sheets in distilled water and gently wiping with your fingers to clean them off, then pat dry.

One thing to note is that the three screws should not be tightened too much. One overtorqued screw can affect your key action.

As far as the crease, it seems unlikly that a ribbon crease would only affect one key. There are fewer traces than keys so if a trace was faulty then a whole section of keys would be out not just one, I'm guessing. . . ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
