You want to maximize profit? Ebay's the best way man. Set a minimum break
even price for each one and enjoy whatever profit you earn per auction.
Dole them out slowly so as not to flood the market and lower the overall
prices. There are guys on eBay who only sell on eBay. Large companies are
even setting up eBay sales divisions because they can often make more money
than in the retail outlets. People tend to get caught up in the auctioning
frenzy without doing any research as to where they can find the lowest
price. I see Mac stuff selling for more than you can buy it from Sun
Remarketing (which I consider the master gouger) all the time.
However, if you want to be kind to your fellow listers, I happen to need a
2300 for an experiment and I don't want to pay very much for it. Perhaps
you should post a price list here. :-)
