Sometimes I push the top & rear power keys simultaneously, alternating and
hold them down together for a long time. There is usually a wild glint in my
eye and some foam on the corner of my mouth and the prevailing thought in my
mind is: "I don't care if I blow the fricking thing up, just start!"
