Check your connectors that press against the battery. You might have bad
connection. Some persons have good success in just carefully bending the
contacts in the Duo which connect to the battery. Pry the contacts toward
the front of the Duo, of course. The Duo contacts need to put more pressure
on the battery contacts. Try using a retractable ballpoint pen with the pen
retracted.
