I'm now on my second NewerTech 2400 dock, and have had the same 
problem with both.

1 - They require too much force to properly insert all of the 
connectors.  (I know "too much" is subjective; I can tell you that 
it's significantly more than is required to insert any single 
connector on its own.)

2 - Likewise, so much force is required to remove the 2400 from the 
dock that I feel I'm about to rip the LCD screen off every time I try 
it.

What do you folks think?  Have you heard of this problem before?
