I'm now on my second NewerTech 2400 dock, and have had the same problem with both. 1 - They require too much force to properly insert all of the connectors. (I know "too much" is subjective; I can tell you that it's significantly more than is required to insert any single connector on its own.) 2 - Likewise, so much force is required to remove the 2400 from the dock that I feel I'm about to rip the LCD screen off every time I try it. What do you folks think? Have you heard of this problem before? Much thanks, Greg Dermer ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
