As a former subscriber to the list, I'd like to offer my system for
sale. My apologies if this is inappropriate, I just thought you guys
would be most interested, and should get the first shot. I haven't put
it up anywhere else yet. Please email me direct:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I have:

One Duo 2300c, with the full 56MB of RAM, 750MB HD, internal 14.4 modem
One DuoDock Plus, upgraded with a 1.0 GB HD
One Apple ColorPlus 14" Display
One external 24X CD ROM drive

[Oh, I almost forgot, I've 'upgraded' the 2300c with the trackball kit
from PowerBook Guy (I always hated trackpads), but I still have the
trackpad assembly and will included it, obviously. The trackball is so
much more consistantly responsive, but then again, I'm a trackball kind
of guy...]

Accessories:
    extra Duo battery
    Duo AC adapter
Surge suppressor for AC Adapter, including phone jack
    ADB-powered goose-neck light for Duo
    external floppy drive for Duo
Wetsuit for Duo (the version that fits the 2300 snuggly)

I'd like to get $1000 for the package, feel free to make an offer
(again, offlist), or just write to tell me I'm crazy if you think I am
;-}

This is SUCH a great little package, it's just that I'm more enamored of

my Newton now (it suits my portable needs very nicely), and my kids
want to get an iMac REAL bad...

Thanks for your time!
Sincerely,
John I. Clark

p.s. I miss the Duolist, it was always such a nice supportive group...
