Actually I am even luckier, as my Duo started up after a bit of fooling around with
it. First I tried the switch on the back, which got me the same chime, green light and
nothing else. I then took out the battery and let it sit for an hour or so. I then held
down the start button on the keyboard, while holding in the switch on the back, with it
plugged into the AC adapter, but without the battery. When I released the switch the
Duo chimed and the hard drive spun up, but no start up. I then did that again and the
second time it started like nothing had been wrong with it-Strange! I am leaving it
plugged in overnight to charge the battery and I will try it then to see if I am still
in business
