www.macresq.com has the 3JTech V90 56 k modem for $99.00. They have had
it for a long time. Checked this morning. They still have it in stock.
Although sometime a little expensive I have found them a good source.
Never had a problem with them. By the way they now list a refurbished PB
2400c for $1499.00
MacResq's description of the 3JTech Pocket Modem.
Weighing in at 4.3 Oz, the 3JTech Pocket Modem is the most versatile
companion for PowerBooks, especially older 1xx and 5xx that do not have
an internal 56K modem option. The modem runs off of ADB or AC power, so
you don't have to carry a bunch of extra cables or AC adapters when
traveling.
