Thanx for all your input. I indeed did start this thread. I have purchased
the 3JTech from MacResQ. It is on the way. Jon is right about the ADB port
only on the Docks. I will not travel with the dock even though I own a
minidock. The 3JTech comes with an AC Adapter also so you can plug it into
an AC outlet on the road, and use the ADB port at home if you like. I chose
this modem because it is very small and light, only 4.3 ounces, and too
speed up my surfing on the road. Since the Global 19.2 is the fastest
internal you can buy for the 280c, I chose to go the small external route.
