Call FedEx with your tracking # and request a refund. They did NOT
accomplish what they contracted to do. (This on the original shipment). This
will work if you had the proper address on the box and they delivered it
incorrectly. If the person you speak with refuses, ask for a supervisor.
I've done this, it works, esp. if you're killer polite but firm on getting a
refund.

<< Thanks, but still no recovery. I sent in my 2400 to DT&T Monday night. I
paid Fedex the $50 to get it there priority overnight. Tuesday I call
DT&T, no laptop! I call fedex, they say they delivered it. It turns out
that they sent it to the wrong company! Anyways, throughout it all, I
spent about 4 hours on the phone with Fedex over the next 4 days. It was
finally delivered on Friday, so I don't have it yet.

I've put up a web site, detailing my travails, but I don't have
yesterdays conversations up yet. Anyone who's interested can check it out
 at http://www.fedexsux.com

Moral of the story, ship with Airborne or UPS. And to top it off, Fedex
wouldn't pay for the return shipping so that I could have it today. So
I'm out an extra $30 to get it saturday delivered >>
