You know there is a level at which the 45w is "better" - more of a 
power reserve.  Like getting hold of one of the 1.5amp Duo power 
supplies for the Duos models less than 2300.  Maybe, in _their_ 
heads, they were trying to do you a small favour in return for the 
delays ;}
