Have had experience w/ both Cable and Bell DSL, so need to know a lot more
than you've given to offer anything useful. Has your DSL service ever
worked? Was it set up for a desktop? Are you running it thru a hub? Are you
using a control panel to log on? Have you verified that your ethernet
works? Crossover cable?
There is always the possibility that the service is down, or your modem is
DOA. It's also possible that the next time you try it, it'll work. If you
want to email me off list I'll be happy to help.
