The "Network Software Selector" does not allow switching between the two
two types of networking in system 7.1. If one tries clicking on the
Network Software Selector icon on a 7.1 machine that has OT 1.1.2
one gets the message "The Network Software Selector cannot be opened
because the application program that created it cannot be found"
