Your dock is plugged in, right?
seriously though. there's a small piece of metal and a switch which are
very finnickey (sp). open the top of your dock. (you may need to remove
screws, but there are two tabs just inside the flap on the left & right
which you need to squeeze to the outer bit of the case, then lift the top
off.
what you're going to be looking for will be a shiny piece of metal which
sticks out the left side of the chassis. It's just behind the space where
the duo sits... on the other side of the plastic, on the left, it can
slide in and out of the case. just muck with its position and try to
insert the duo into the dock.
