Unfortunately the original brackets are too short, so you can't drill 
extra holes (The originals are approx' 73mm wide whilst the ones you 
need to buy/make should be around 84mm wide to accomodate the holes 
on a travelstar which are about 78mm apart I think). Another thing to 
note is that because the mounting holes on the new drive (and its new 
mount) are wider, there is no gap in the Duo's metal frame to 
accomodate the screw heads. I got around this by using screws with a 
smaller head on one side, and on the other, by making a mount that 
went underneath the drive (there are mounting positions at the side, 
and under these drives) and thus the screwheads were underneath and 
not protruding into the Computer frame.
