misc xmtn improvements.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn--log--normalized-files): delete
(xmtn-dvc-log-edit): don't cache list of files to commit here.
(xmtn-dvc-log-edit-done): fetch list of files to commit here.
(xmtn--mtn-has-basic-io-inventory): basic_io.inventory merged with mtn
main branch; version bumped.
(xmtn--add-files): check for mtn version to handle adding directories
nicely.
