Move prompting into dvc-rename front end, support 'bookkeep-only' (aka
'--after'). Put dvc-rename in dvc-back-end-wrappers. Improve dvc-add-log-entry
for monotone.
* lisp/bzr.el (bzr-dvc-rename): Rename bzr-rename to bzr-dvc-rename
* lisp/dvc-log.el (dvc-add-log-entry-other-frame): New user option.
(dvc-add-log-entry): Use it.
(dvc-add-log-file-name): New function; better than default
add-log-file-name when log file is not in workspace root, as is true
for monotone.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-rename): Move prompting into dvc-rename front
end. Add bookkeep-only arg to back-end function.
(dvc-back-end-wrappers): Add dvc-rename to dvc-back-end-wrappers.
* lisp/tla-dvc.el (tla-dvc-rename): Add arguments to match front end.
* lisp/xhg-dvc.el (xhg-dvc-rename): Delete; xhg-rename renamed to
xhg-dvc-rename.
* lisp/xhg.el (xhg-dvc-rename): xhg-rename renamed to xhg-dvc-rename.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn--do-rename): Delete; merged into
xmtn-dvc-rename.
(xmtn-dvc-rename): Move prompt to front end, support bookkeep-only.
(xmtn--revision-get-file-helper): Fix bug; use '(current-buffer)'
instead of unbound 'buffer'.
