Better handle case where user does not have tla or baz installed.
* lisp/tla-core.el (tla--run-tla-async, tla--run-tla-sync): If
tla-arch-branch is nil or 'none, then display an informative error
message.
* lisp/tla-defs.el (tla-arch-branch): Add customization choice for 'none.
