Speed up xmtn commit, update.
* lisp/dvc-defs.el (dvc-confirm-update): New user option.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn-dvc-log-edit-done): Don't check for consistent
or changes; just slows things down, and error message from mtn is
clearer.
(xmtn-dvc-delta): No need to handle 'local-tree.
(xmtn--do-update): Simplify changes-p arg.
(xmtn--update-after-confirmation): Handle dvc-confirm-update; skip slow
checks if not confirming.
