Make lintian happy.
* debian/compat: Update to debhelper 7.
* debian/control (Build-Depends): Versionned debhelper dependencies.
(Depends): Add versionned dpkg or install-info.
Add ${misc:Depends} as debhelper can add some.
* debian/copyright (License): Fix "or (at your option) any later
version", it's present in upstream COPYING.
