* lisp/xmtn-automate.el (xmtn-automate--session): delete
next-mtn-command-number; not meaningful. rename
xmtn-status-local-changes, move here.
* lisp/xmtn-multi-status.el: move rename xmtn-status-local-changes to
xmtn-automate.el
* lisp/xmtn-propagate.el: use xmtn-status-local-changes
