What we do over at Inksome is that each staffer has two accounts - a
personal account and a staff account. Staff accounts are all prefixed with
"staff_", and eventually they'll all use a staff userpic. This way the
users know without a doubt when they're see something from a staffer acting
in their official capacity.

Of course, I personally am bad about this - I will often comment in people's
journals with my staff account because that's who I'm logged in as - but I
can pass that off as "community-building". ;)

My point is that it's fairly trivial to set someone up with a staff account
and instruct them to only use that staff account for official business.
