Big and scary, yes.

You'll probably have to come up with a way to do the WTF migration.
If you just imported an LJ database and "upgraded" then you'd get the
schema, sure, but your table contents would be a little whack.  In
particular, everybody would end up watched, but nobody would have the
'trust' flag.  So nobody could see friends-only or otherwise
restricted content.
