The exact dates will depend on what we find once we move into closed  
beta and how long it'll take before we can get into open beta -- I  
can't even estimate this far out, and I don't want to tell people  
anything wrong!

I can promise we will give *plenty* of notice, though -- we'll set  
the date for our open beta launch at *least* one week, and most  
likely two or more, in advance. And since "going into open beta" will  
correspond with "permanent accounts going on sale", we will be  
shouting it everywhere and encouraging everyone else to do the same. :)
