I was just thinking about this as I was writing up another e-mail. Regarding the FAQ's - LJ's 'search' function for those leaves a great bit to be desired. Is it possible to 'beef up' the search capability for the FAQ section so that when people go to look for something (since that's typically what's expected as the first step), they might actually FIND it? I know I've gone digging for something in the FAQ's before and not been able to find what I was looking for in a short period of time - which is highly frustrating on a good day.
