I really feel that this kind of "security" is going to be the cause of more drama than anything else. People will start to rely on it and then Aunt Wilhemina will decide to sign up so that she can leave a comment on her darling niece's journal, and then suddenly she'll see that Snape/Dumbledore slash and things will go downhill from there.
