DW already has an option (when the crossposter goes live) to direct all your comments to DW instead of the posts on the other sites. I'm sure it would be possible to implement it the opposite way, so that feeds from other sites would send comments there. In fact, I'm pretty sure DW is trying to come up with a way to have you read posts from other sites on your DW reading page without having to create feeds at all.
