This sounds like a job for the dw_dev community! If you don't have an  
invite code, I can send you one. :) If you post whatever errors are  
living in your Apache logs we can poke at it with you and figure out  
what we broke.

(Seconding what Skud said about it possibly being a painful  
experience -- we've been putting off getting our install/migration  
stuff tuned up until we get closer to "out of beta" -- but the dev  
community is pretty eager to help.)
