Jerry, I received my direct QSL from V51AS recently after a 10 month wait and second request to his German maildrop (re; qrz.com).
It was kindly forwarded to me from another UK station to whom Frank had sent a bunch of cards for distribution to other operaters in addition to his own. Frank has a habit of distributing his cards this way, regardless of the fact that all the individual operaters probably, (like me), sent the correct payment/SAEs for direct replies? It relies on the kindness of the chosen recipient to do Frank's distribution for free!
