I have sent three envelopes to Vlad, in 2002 for his operations in Central America, in 2003 for his Pacific operations and in 2005 for his operation from EP4HR.
I did include some "gs" but did not send as
registered mail - just ordinary mail.
All QSO's have been confirmed quickly!
Vlad has now for some days been active as
OD5 / UA4WHX.
Never had any problems with "lost mail" to Vlad!
