~ 600 cards and large check mailed to ARRL Outgoing QSL Service on 08 JAN 05. Cancelled check not received. Phon Conv with Wayne Mills: Head of QSL Service resigned in JAN 05, no record of cards or check received.
Subsequent Phone Conv with new Head of QSL Service: No record of QSL's or Checks recieved prior to June 2005. Records now being kept. Did my 3 large pkgs of cards make it to ARRL via USPS ?? Did my cards make it out of ARRL, on their way, and my check get lost ?? Was informed by ARRL (new QSL Service Head) that there were calls from 6 - 8 other Hams in USA (not a specific area) saying that their cancelled check for cards sent had not been received. This was for ~ JAN - MAR 2005. DX: If you had a QSO with me in the past 3 Yrs and have not received my QSL via bureau, and need my QSL for state, county, or grid, please QSL direct via QRZ.COM. You pay your postage. I will pay my postage to you, and enclose 2 IRC's to refund your postage. Due to very failing health, I am just not able to go back and re-do the ~ 600 cards that I am not sure made it to/out of ARRL QSL Service. If all this wasn't DX News to you, it sure was to me.
